Ukrainian counterintelligence also detained a pro-Russian of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”. The militant was gathering intelligence in the Donetsk region. Furthermore, Ukrainian police officers found ammunition storage was found near Krasnyi Lyman.

Ukrainian and foreign media observed the withdrawal of 100mm guns from the contact line. International observers from OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine observed the withdrawal. At the same time, militants still have not provided OSCE observers with necessary information about their military equipment, withdrawal routes and their further location.

Russia-backed militant attacked Ukrainian Armed Forces positions near Tonenke, Kamyanka and Avdiyivka with the artillery and small arms. Ukrainian forces and insurgents engaged in skirmish nearby Opytne. No shelling was recorded in Luhansk and Mariupol directions in the past 24 hours. Ukrainian Armed Forces did not suffer any fatal military casualties; 3 servicemen got wounded in the last 24 hours.

Militants recover their ammunition and manpower reserves. Russia, in turn, continues to supply its proxies with mercenaries, ammunition and military equipment. Thus the so-called 16th “humanitarian convoy” has invaded Ukraine yesterday.

Ukrainian servicemen spotted 5 insurgent UAVs in the Mariupol sector and on administrative border with the occupied Crimea.
