Web resource with focus on armed conflict in Donbas launched

Kyiv, March 25, 2015 – Ukrainian Crisis Media Center with the support from the Administration of Ukraine’s President, launchesukraineunderattack.org, an information resource with the focus on Donbas armed conflict and the annexed Crimea.

The website aggregates updates on situation in Eastern Ukraine and Crimea sharing news on hostilities, chronology of the conflict, evidence of crimes against humanity and war crimes by Russia-backed fighters, participation of Russian mercenaries in the conflict, stories on cooperation between the civil society and Ukrainian military, as well as information on humanitarian aid delivered by the Ukrainian authorities, volunteers and international community to those suffering from the hostilities.

The website is a useful tool for journalists as it informs on rules of accreditation and procedures for obtaining an ATO press card. Here are also contacts of national security, defense and law enforcement agencies for further inquiries.

UkraineUnderAttack consolidates information provided by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, Interior Ministry, National Guard, Security Service, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, State Emergency Service, National Security and Defense Council, Prosecutor General’s Office and other related agencies.
