Militants attacked two times less in the ATO zone in comparison with 11 October. In total, Ukrainian troops recorded 22 attacks, 18 of them were aimed. No Ukrainian serviceman was killed in action, but one soldier was wounded near Krymske, informed Ukrainian Ministry of Defense spokesman on ATO- relied issues Colonel Andriy Lysenko at a press briefing at Ukraine Crisis Media Center.

In Donetsk sector militants violated the ceasefire 14 times. The situation was the most restless near Avdiivka, where Russian proxies opened fire five times. “The enemy was firing from 82-mm mortar around 20:00 near Novoselivka Druha, firing six rounds. The enemy shot from infantry fighting vehicle weapons a bit later on the outskirts of Luhanske,” said Col. Lysenko. Ukrainian troops recorded three hostile provocations in Svitlodarsk area not far from Luhanske. “Ukrainian troops mostly refrained from returning fire to the hostile provocations. They only used Minsk non-proscribed weapons when the enemy’s action threatened military personnel or civilians,” said Col. Lysenko.

In Mariupol sector Russia-backed militants conducted six aimed attacks. “Russian proxies opened most intense fire in the vicinity of Starohnativka and Vodiane. Ukrainian troops responded to hostile provocations with fire four times. Our defenders near Talakivka followed the same scenario when a hostile IFV attacked them in the morning,” informed the spokesman.

Militants violated the ceasefire twice in Luhansk sector yesterday – near Krymske and Novooleksandrivka.
