A new draft law on amending the law on the special status of some areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions is introduced in the parliament. The document specified districts and locations where to establish a special status; all of them are now under control of LPR and DPR.

Head of Donetsk RSA Aleksander Kikhtenko appointed Aleksandr Klimenko his deputy, Donetsk regional state administration press service reports. Aleksandr Klimenko will work on economic and industrial issues.

As of December 1, the High Council of Justice of Ukraine received 308 applications for dismissal. According to the Department of preparation of materials for dismissal of judges of the secretariat of the High Council of Justice, most applications (92) are received from the judges of the Donetsk region, 41 applications are received from the judges in Lugansk region, 29 – from the judges of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

Deputy director of the “Anti-Corruption Committee Maidan” Alexander Kostrenka was killed in Kiev, in his apartment. Law enforcement authorities have already established that Kostrenko was killed in his own apartment, without any traces of breaking. At the same time, his car was found near the house of director Yury Omelchuk whom the dead protected from raiding.

Special monitoring mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe said that representatives of the Ukrainian and Russian military command, with the participation of representatives of the terrorist organization “Lugansk People’s Republic” agreed to a ceasefire along the demarcation line starting from December 5.

About 500 activists are picketing High Specialized Court of Ukraine with a demand not to release Bolhrad Mayor Sergei Korolev. Today, the Court will consider an appeal against Sergei Korolev on conviction of Malinovsky District Court of Odessa, who found him guilty of having accepted a bribe in the amount of $ 30 thousand and 50 thousand hryvnia.
