A national implementation plan is envisaged for the effective implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said at the briefing in Ukraine crisis media center. “The budget process is about to begin. This is the big question, whether money for euro integration process will be provided. Thus, we have prepared a national implementation plan and send it to the European commission for comments,” Klimkin said.

Today a decree “About specifics of repurchasing strategic objects of Crimean Republic” was adopted in the second reading at the special session of Crimea State Council. According to the document, all enterprises which, while being privately owned, are considered by the government as strategically important, could be repurchased. Crimean Parliament Speaker Vladimir Konstantinov has said the list of objects hasn’t been formed yet, but the main problem to solve is to supply Crimean people with water and electricity.
