Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree “On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons” (the registration number 4490-1) According to the President, the adopted law will protect people from discrimination and forced return. The NSDC noted that more than 445 thousand people have moved from ATO zone, including 122,5 thousand children and 87 thousand retired and disabled people.

Battalion commanders decide to create an inter-fractional working group in the Verkhovna Rada. The court has granted a request from General Prosecution office to arrest terrorists’ leaders Igor Girkin and Igor Bezler, office’s press service informed. “Court’s decision from 13 of November is to grant a request from General Prosecutor and to give permission to arrest alleged criminals Igor Girkin and Igor Bezler for hearing on a motion,” Ukraine’s General Prosecution press service said.
