Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation at its first meeting on Nov. 27 appointed Arseniy Yatsenyuk Prime Minister of Ukraine. 341 MPs voted for the decision.

The head of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic has approved candidacies of 5 ministers, LPR’s website reports. Valeriy Potapov is recommended to take the minister of industry post (he also is recommended to take first deputy head of the Council of Ministers position), Aleksandr Shubin is recommended to be the minister of justice, Svetlana Malakhova is recommended to take the post of the minister of labour and social security, Aleksey Rusakov – the minister of construction, housing and utilities, Yevheniy Manuylov – the minister of finance.

Security service has detained six militants’ supporters including the so-called “DPR’s minister of justice” in a one-day period. «The so-called “minister of justice” and his accomplice, the resident of Markovo village, Konstantinovsky district in Donetsk region, worked as militants’ informers. They collected information about the location and quantity of the Ukrainian armed forces units in the ATO zone.

Militants pay state employees’ salaries with forged banknotes, the governor of Luhansk region Hennadiy Moskal informs. Banknotes were too new and aroused suspicion. When money was tested on a special machine, it turned out they were forged.

Yalta city council has appointed Andrey Rostenko the head of state administration. The contract with him has been signed, the head of Yalta city council Valeriy Kosarev informed.
