Recently Deputy Head of the President’s Office O.Tatarov spoke about “external governance” when commenting on anti-corruption structures in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is one of the most prolific and potent #KremlinNarratives<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the recent study by Democratic Initiatives Foundation-\u0424\u043e\u043d\u0434 “\u0414\u0435\u043c\u043e\u043a\u0440\u0430\u0442\u0438\u0447\u043d\u0456 \u0406\u043d\u0456\u0446\u0456\u0430\u0442\u0438\u0432\u0438”<\/a>, 45% of Ukrainians think that working with IMF puts the country under “external governance”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have long observed this narrative that originated in Russia and was effectively exported to Ukraine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Extenal governance” is actively and constantly promoted not only by Russian high ranking political actors, but by pro-Russian forces in Ukraine as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
