Today Ukraine\u2019s President Petro Poroshenko will introduce a bill on amendments to the Constitution for parliament’s consideration. It was stated by Petro Poroshenko at the meeting with representatives of local government and the state government. Poroshenko offers to pass the draft law on amendments into the Ukrainian Constitution for the consideration of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission). The draft law proposes to eliminate local state administrations and the creation of executive committees and councils in regions and districts. In addition, the project envisions that a significant part of taxes will not be transferred to the state budget, but will remain on the ground and promises guarantees for parliamentary opposition.
