Mechanics of the process are being discussed now. Changes will pertain to both processes functioning and staff issues. It was the information a newly appointed deputy head of the Presidential Administration Dmytro Shymkiv provided at his media briefing in Ukraine Crisis Media Center. \u201cPresident Petro Poroshenko and Head of the Administration set a clear task for me to drive reforming processes in the Administration. It is about personnel, strategic communication, online government and other directions. We will thoroughly approach solution of this question\u201d, \u2013 informed Dmytro Shymkiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personnel issue is particularly pointed. Deputy head of the Presidential Administration emphasized that the issue of reforms calls for immediate decisions and quick results. \u201cIt is a difficult reform, but it is to be conducted. People are to have values, relevant competences, technical knowledge and experience. Today we face a task to demonstrate efficiency of new government, new authorities in support of what we were standing for at Maidan\u00bb, &#8211; added Mr. Shymkiv. So far it is not about specific changes that will take place in the Administration of the President, active process of internal discussion of these changes is in progress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Former Microsoft Ukraine General Manager Dmytro Shymkiv has been appointed to the position of the Presidential Administration deputy head for holding administrative, social and economic reforms. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko expects introduction of innovative methods of state agencies work organization from the newly appointed deputy head. \u201cEverything pertaining to reforms implementation in the country is my task.
