\nPresident of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a phone conversation with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and informed her on the current situation in the Donbas. The President of Ukraine assured of readiness for a bilateral ceasefire. At the same time, the following must be ensured: monitoring and verification of the ceasefire, control over the border in order to prevent the inflow of militants and weapons from Russia, immediate release of all hostages and beginning of unconditional political negotiations.
