Separatist in the east of Ukraine have all possibilities to shoot down Malaysian passenger jet, Mika Aaltola, director of the Finnish Institute of Foreign Affairs said in an interview to YLE, one of the major Finnish TV channel. Aaltola says earlier separatists had possibilities to shoot down two Ukrainian military jets.
