Donetsk prosecution investigation department works on criminal proceeding (article 367, part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (breach of a duty), regional prosecution press office reports. It is established that authorities and police officers from Mariupol took part in a joint conference with representatives from the so-called DPR. They signed a joined memorandum on safety and security in the city. Witnesses of the joined event are now questioning about the meeting with the gunmen of the illegal military formations.

Dnipropetrovsk prosecution office launches three criminal proceedings against authorities of Dnipropetrovsk regional council, an arbitration manager, and individual who estimates properties. The prosecution made a conclusion those people in 2012-2013 (when Vilkul\u2019s people were in the lead of Dnipropetrovsk city council) took away illegally 135 objects of communal property \u2013 non-residential properties, which were on the balance of three communal residential enterprises. (54 objects worth 2,6 million UAH, 13 objects worth 13 million UAH and 68 objects worth 15.5 million UAH). The aforementioned people are charged with abusing of power (article 364, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Oleksandr Turchynov dissolved the communist faction of the parliament today. As of July 1, 2014, the party had 23 members of parliament (out of 33 earlier).
\nOn Tuesday, after four failed attempts, the parliament passed amendments to its regulations, allowing the speaker of parliament to dissolve a faction with less than a minimum number of members. President Petro Poroshenko signed the amendments the same day. Turchynov promised yesterday that his historic mission of putting an end to the communist faction would be accomplished.
\nThe initiative to dissolve the communist faction appeared after an MP accused communists of helping militia in the east. The Communist Party denies the accusations and plans to appeal the dissolution.
\nCommunist Leader Petro Symonenko emphasized earlier that the Communist Party of Ukraine will take part in early parliamentary elections in the country, should they be organized in autumn.

The factions of the Vitali Klitschko’s UDAR (Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reforms) and the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Association party at the Verkhovna Rada have announced their quit from the coalition, chairpersons of the factions Vitalii Kovalchuk (UDAR) and Oleh Tiahnybok (Svoboda) said.
\n\u201cProceeding from the fact that we cannot see the Verkhovna Rada is tuned up for constructive work in accordance with the will of the Ukrainian people, UDAR faction of Vitali Klitschko is withdrawing from the European choice coalition at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 7th convocation,” UNIAN quoted faction leader Vitaliy Kovalchuk. The faction of Oleg Tyagnibok, Svoboda,left the coalition as well.
\nBatkivschyna fraction supports the idea to hold early parliamentary elections.
