Early parliamentary election will be likely held in the end of October. Yesterday the collapse of the ruling coalition paved the way for early elections (this was told by Petro Poroshenko many times): UDAR and Svoboda fractions, 15 independent MPs and 10 deputies from Batkivshchyna fraction had left the coalition. President Poroshenko will have the right to dissolve parliament and call new elections after 30 days if no new coalition is formed by then.
\nPrime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said he was stepping down over the \u201cdissolution of the parliamentary coalition and the locking of government initiatives\u201d after coalition had failed to vote for changes to the budget (it includes unpopular measures which help to receive another IMF tranche). He said those who ruined coalition were working in favor of Moscow.

Ukraine\u2019s President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Grygori Pustovit as the head of Volyn regional state administration and appointed Vladimir Gunchenko Volyn governor. \u201cTo dismiss Pustovit Grygori Aleksandrovich as the head of Volyn regional state administration,\u201d the decree \u2116615 (24 July) was published on the official website. The next decree \u2116616 states Vladimir Gunchenko is taken the position. Pustovit is the head of the regional branch of Batkivshchyna in Volyn.

The Ukrainian government issued a resolution (\u2116658-r, 24 July, 2014) appointing Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Volodymyr Hroisman as the country’s acting prime minister.
