This was reported by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Zoryan Shkiryak at his briefing in Ukraine Crisis Media Center. \u201cThe Main Investigation Headquarters of the Ukrainian MIA opened criminal cases regarding Russian citizens Gennadiy Ziuganov and Vladimir Zhirinovskiy. They are accused of financing action aimed to alter the limits of the territories and national border of Ukraine. Such actions are punishable by a jail sentence of 10 years,\u201d emphasized the Minister\u2019s Advisor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Zoryan Shkiryak, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has evidence that the actions of the Russian officials were coordinated with the representatives of the Communist party of Ukraine. \u201cInvestigations of CPU activity are underway,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In response to the journalists\u2019 questions, Zoryan Shkiryak confirmed that Vladimir Putin gave the order to \u00abeliminate\u00bb the pro-Russian leaders Igor Bezler (Bes), Igor Strelkov-Girkin and Valeriy Bolotov. \u201cThey are direct participants and co-organizers of crimes against humanity, in particular the recent terrorist act near Torez, when they shot down the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777. There is evidence that this crime was committed by mercenaries and coordinated by Russian air defense specialists. They are direct witnesses to Putin\u2019s involvement in the international terrorist act, and therefore constitute a big threat to him,\u201d noted the Minister\u2019s Advisor.
