The flow of lies is a propaganda technique, which consists in the repeated and continuous distribution of a large number of messages on a particular topic through various channels of communication. In this technique, continuity, massiveness, and ubiquity are more important than the quality of the information itself, consistency, or truthfulness. Russia has been actively and successfully using this method since 2014. It is quite difficult to counteract the flow of lies. Experts note that restricting the flow of lies and operativeness are the most effective.
