“Today, the occupying forces violated the agreement and did not allow buses to evacuate Mariupol residents from the village of Nikolske and the village of Melekino. Eleven buses and two SES vehicles were seized at a Russian checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Manhush and taken away in an unknown direction.
