The Russian terrorists hang on one and only thing \u2013 Russia\u2019s support.<\/li>\n<li><b>Russia continues illegal supply of weapons<\/b> and sponsors bloodshed.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ukrainian military and civilians are constant targets to Russian shelling<\/b>. Russian aircrafts on a regular basis violate Ukrainian air space.<\/li>\n<li><b>Russia keeps accumulating armed forces along the Ukrainian border<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Russia keeps inventing new excuses for its policy<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>In <b>Georgia<\/b>, it was \u201cdefending pro-Russian minorities\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>In <b>Ukraine\u2019s Crimea<\/b> \u2013 \u201cpreventing NATO invasion\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>In <b>Donbas<\/b>, they are trying to use the pretext of \u201chumanitarian aid\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Let me be clear \u2013 <b>you don\u2019t need tanks and artillery to bring food and medicine for civilians<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Stop the aggression<\/b>. <b>Stop the Russian terrorists<\/b>. <b>Stop the shelling<\/b>. <b>Stop your cynical propaganda<\/b>. And there will be no need for any humanitarian aid.<\/li>\n<li>Upon our requests <b>the international partners have already agreed to provide the Government of Ukraine with the assistance and support<\/b> in addressing the humanitarian needs and rebuilding Donbas.<\/li>\n<li>Ukrainian Government successfully cooperates in this matter with<b> the UN and the Red Cross<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Upon the initiative of the President of Ukraine and following his invitation to the International Committee of the Red Cross, a <b>mechanism of close Ukraine-Red Cross interaction was established in Kyiv<\/b> as well as in Geneva.<\/li>\n<li>This assistance will be provided <b>in strict compliance with the international law and Ukraine`s legislation<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Namely, as stated by the President, it has to be a mission <b>international in nature<\/b>, without foreign military escort of any kind, which goes only through border crossing points determined by Ukraine and security of which is taken care of solely by Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>On the same humanitarian note, I am pleased to inform that Ukraine and UN system are close to sealing a <b>Preliminary Response Plan to support Ukrainian Government<\/b> in addressing the immediate needs of the affected population.<\/li>\n<li>It is our expectation that <b>this Plan will be launched later this week<\/b> at a <b>Joint meeting for donor community in Kyiv<\/b>, aimed at <b>mobilizing financial resources<\/b> for the international humanitarian response in Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>We are grateful to the EU, the U.S., Canada, Japan, Norway and many other countries for solidarity with Ukrainian people, and introducing <b>additional sanctions<\/b> against the Russian Federation.<\/li>\n<li>I hope that <b>the entire civilized world will join sanctions to stop the Kremlin<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ukraine, in turn, introduces national sanctions against Russian business<\/b> associated with the Kremlin and those who in public endorse aggression regarding our country.<\/li>\n<li><b>The world is following closely France<\/b> whose Mistral deal with Russia is a test for the integrity of a common policy of the West in the face of the aggression.<\/li>\n<li><b>We urge Paris not to reinforce the aggressor<\/b> with new military capabilities in this time of trial.<\/li>\n<li><b>The aggressor needs to be stopped<\/b>, not supplied with new capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile <b>the atmosphere in Russia is thickening<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>The Kremlin deprives its own people of freedom of Internet and speech<\/b>, integral values of the modern world.<\/li>\n<li><b>It further impairs the Russian economy<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>The Kremlin <b>propaganda<\/b> justifies self-isolation of the country.<\/li>\n<li><b>But the self-isolation is never good for a nation<\/b>. The self-isolation and militarization of economy resulted in the Soviet Union collapse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><b>Last Thursday the terrorists abducted Serhiy Zakharov<\/b> \u2013 the brave artist from Donetsk, guilty only of drawing pictures of the terrorists.<\/li>\n<li>We demand immediate and unconditional release of <b>all hostages<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>This is the \u201cnew order\u201d terrorists are trying to establish<\/b>. This is the \u201cpreview\u201d of the \u201cmultipolar world\u201d Russia is preaching.<\/li>\n<li><b>At least 350 people remain hostage<\/b>. I repeat \u2013 350 people are held hostage by the Russian terrorists.
