Deputy of Lugansk Regional Council Arsen Klinchayev was retained near subway station “Leo Tolstoy” in Kyiv. He was arrested and then transferred to a court, according to an unnamed source. Previously Arsen Klinchayev was detained by SBU on March 10 in Lugansk. He was the leader of radical organization “Young Guard”, which together with Russian separatists organized a seizure of Lugansk Regional State Administration and forced governor Vladimir Pristyuk to resign.
