At night, the Russian Federation troops fired at the Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions. The military-civil administrations reported the situation on the morning of April 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bSumy region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russia launched a provocative mortar shelling of Ukrainian territories last night at 9:50 p.m. There were more than fifty attacks, all on the Esman territorial community. Data on the victims are being clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bKharkiv region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single artillery shelling of the eastern districts of Kharkiv continued that night. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Russians fired on Zolochiv, Derhachi, and Chuhuiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fighting continues in the Izium direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bLuhansk region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russians fired at Popasna and Lysychansk ten times, and at the Hirske community – four. Details on the damage are being clarified. So far, 4 people have been killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bDonetsk region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avdiivka, Marinka, Krasnohorivka, Novomykhailivka, Lyman, and Vuhledar are under constant fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the difficult situation, the evacuation from the line of contact continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ukrainian military is holding on at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bKherson region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were strong explosions over the city at night. Almost the entire territory of the region is under fire. The occupiers continue to launch an offensive from the Kherson region in the direction of the Mykolaiv region and Kryvyi Rih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also cases of abduction of civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bMykolaiv region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the night, the situation was alarming but under control. According to preliminary information, the village of Shevchenkove came under missile fire. The projectile hit a private house. Data on the victims are being clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
