On May 5 and the night of May 6, Russian armed groups fired on Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions. At the same time, fighting continued in the Donetsk region, and Russian troops tried to storm Ukrainian positions in the Luhansk region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The military-civil administrations reported the situation on the morning of May 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bDnipropetrovsk region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Russians launched a rocket at the Pokrovsk community. The shell fell in the field – no one was injured. Russia also shelled two villages in the Zelenodolsk and Shyroke communities. Information on the consequences is being clarified, no one has been injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bKharkiv region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Kharkiv, single shellings were recorded on the outskirts of the city at night, without casualties. During the day, Saltivka was also shelled, and 5 civilians were injured. Russia also fired on Lozova, killing one person. Fighting continues in the Izium direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bLuhansk region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was heavy shelling and attempts to storm Sievierodonetsk. On the evening of May 5, Russian shells hit one of the last gas stations in the Luhansk region and the Sievierodonetsk Azot railway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total, Russia has opened fire on residential neighborhoods and infrastructure 16 times. 12 houses, an electric substation, and a complex of commercial buildings were damaged. Seven houses were destroyed in Rubizhne and two – in Novodruzhesk. There are destructions in Lysychansk, Orikhove, Hirske, and Popasna. Two people died. Two night shellings were recorded in Lysychansk. Information on the consequences and casualties is being clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bDonetsk region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active hostilities continue on the entire front (Lyman, Avdiivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Krasnohorivka, Vuhledar, and Velyka Novosilka). There were constant air-raid sirens at night and in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Kramatorsk, 32 apartment buildings were severely damaged and 25 people were injured in the shelling. In addition to residential areas, the Russians are actively attacking the city’s industrial facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Russian Federation does not stop shelling the Avdiivka Coke Plant. The town of New York was also attacked. The shelling of the Svitlodar community intensified at 5 a.m. No civilians were injured in the attacks. Details on the destruction are being clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bKherson region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The situation in the region remains difficult. Explosions and shelling are sound all the time. The occupiers continue fighting and looting in the Kherson region. The critical situation in the occupied villages remains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd3bMykolaiv region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 5, after 4 p.m., an attack on infrastructure facilities was recorded in Ochakiv. According to preliminary data, no one was injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
