The war in Donbas brought nothing, but thousands of deaths and economic devastation to the region. Today, as the\u00a0ceasefire has been announced, Ukraine urges the international donors to create an equivalent of the Marshal Plan to restore the economic downfall, bring peace and prosperity to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. To foster the investment inflow, there will be three “Invest in Ukraine” conferences c held in London, Frankfurt and New York in Fall of 2014.<\/p>\n
