\u201cAs of September 09 2014, despite the ceasefire, situation in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions remains stringent. Militants are breaking the agreements reached and continue outshooting ATO positions in certain places. Ukrainian troops are strictly maintaining the ceasefire conditions and open fire only in response. Our servicemen are fortifying the military lines and continue renewing the troops fighting potential\u201d,- reported the Colonel Andriy Lysenko, the National Security and Defence Council Information Center Spokesman at his briefing in Ukraine Crisis Media Center.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the head of the state emphasized that the decisions will be balanced and he, being the Armed Forces Supreme Commander-in-Chief, will not allow any demonstrative punishment of the innocent.<\/p>\n
