Terrorists of the self-proclaimed DPR have nationalized all medical centers on the area of their control, they are concluding agreements of cooperation directly with doctors, medical workers of the several hospitals in Donetsk and Makeevka said. According to them, the so-called DPR\u2019s \u201cministry of public health service\u201d has closed up the regional all local health service departments. All doctors are being forced to sign agreements with DPR\u2019s \u201cministry of public health service\u201d. Those who are against will be sacked.

Crimea self-defense forces have made a list of Mejlis representatives, that should be liquidated, Crimean Tatar leader Mustafa Jemilev said. According to Jemilev, such lists have already been made in Crimea\u2019s Bakhchisaray and Sudak regions. Jemilev also noted, that, in response to these actions, Crimean Tatars may make their lists of self-defense officers, emphasizing that Crimean Tatars, as they always do, will stick to principle of non-violence, that is traditional to Crimean Tatar national movement.

The so-called \u201cLegislative assembly of Sevastopol\u201d at its first session elected Alexey Chaly the head of the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly unanimously. Alexey Chaly, an ex-director of the Tavrida Electric, became the unofficial mayor during the protests on February 23. He was the acting governor of Sevastopol on April 1-14. He became the head of the Sevastopol Strategic Development Agency. Vyacheslav Aksyonov from United Russia party had proposed his candidacy.
