During the occupation of a village in the Izium district, Russians tortured a man and left his body in a forest. This was reported<\/a> by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prosecutor’s office reported that on October 10, law enforcement officers found in a forest in the village Synycheno of Izium district a tortured body. The man’s head was completely wrapped in a bandage, and his hands were tied with a wire. According to preliminary investigation data, the man was killed and tortured by Russian soldiers during the occupation of the settlement. After that, they left the body of the murdered man in a forest. Currently, the man’s body has been sent for forensic examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the procedural leadership of the Izium District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
