This year, Azovstal defenders stunned the entire world with their heroism and self-sacrifice. Now, many of them are either missing or held in captivity in Olenivka or other colonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their families haven\u2019t got a chance to talk to them for 10 months and some of them don’t even know whether the soldiers are still alive. Defenders coming out of captivity tell that detainees are subjected to torture and ill-treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russian propaganda has demonized Azov for months, falsely blaming the regiment for \u201cnazism\u201d so now for Russia holding its members in captivity is a question of principle. However, the relatives of Ukrainian defenders do everything possible to see their loved ones free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
