Since the start of the large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the aggressor state has been deliberately destroying Ukraine physically and economically. The renovation process after the Ukrainian victory will be complicated and will require a lot of financial investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As over $300 billion of Russian assets that faced sanctions are now frozen all over the world, they remain a sufficient potential means for the restoration of Ukraine. However, due to some legal limitations, not all of these finances could be given to Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While our country loses both physically and economically every day, the figure of sanctioned Russian assets remains unclear, especially when it comes to different categories of property, such as the property of the Russian state, the property of state enterprises, and the property of private individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
