The Ministry of internal affairs has identified the location of the temporary offices of the ministry at Donbas. Given the fact that Donetsk and Luhansk cities are under control of the illegal armed groups in the ATO area, their locations will be changed.<\/p>\n

The European Union published in its Official Journal a new sanctions list, which includes 13 representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People\u2019s Republics (DPR and LPR) and five east Ukrainian parties, which participated in the local elections on November 2. The list features head of the Lugansk Central Elections Commission Sergei Kozyakov, DPR\u2019s first deputy speaker of the parliament Alexander Kofman, DPR\u2019s First Deputy Prime Minister Ravil Khalikov, LPR\u2019s Fist Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Dmitry Semenov, LPR\u2019s Defence Minister Oleg Bugrov, LPR\u2019s Minister of Education Igor Kostenok, member of DPR\u2019s National Council Evgeny Orlov, Deputy head of LPR\u2019s National Council Oleg Akimov, LPR\u2019s Healthcare Minister Larisa Airapetyan, DPR\u2019s member of the parliament and a member of the Berkut (Ukraine\u2019s riot police) veterans\u2019 union Yuri Sivokonenko. Besides, the EU banned financial relations with DPR\u2019s and LPR\u2019s five parties and public organisations for having nominated their candidates for the elections on November 2, which the EU considers illegal.<\/p>\n

Lyubomyr Slobodyan became the head of the newly created state-local tax office in Ivano-Frankivsk. Earlier he worked as the deputy head of Ivano-Frankivsk regional administration under Andrey Trotsenko\u2019s governing.<\/p>\n
