{"id":26023,"date":"2014-12-07T15:40:59","date_gmt":"2014-12-07T15:40:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/uacrisis.org\/?p=14426"},"modified":"2014-12-08T17:46:36","modified_gmt":"2014-12-08T15:46:36","slug":"14426-nsdc-armed-forces-ukraine-received-number-military-vehicles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uacrisis.org\/en\/14426-nsdc-armed-forces-ukraine-received-number-military-vehicles","title":{"rendered":"NSDC: Armed Forces of Ukraine Received a Number of Military Vehicles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vclxuWZo4lQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WATCH IN ENGLISH<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"center\"><\/h2>\n<p><strong><i>December 7, 2014.<\/i><\/strong> A number of new and renovated military vehicles, including 30 tanks, were given to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. \u201cThe military equipment will be disposed for the needs of the Anti Terrorist Operation in the shortest time possible,\u201d said Colonel Andriy Lysenko, spokesman of the Information Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) during the briefing at the Ukraine Crisis Media Center.<br \/>\nUkraine continues to steadily develop and improve its military power. \u201cIt is impossible to win the war without the systematic supply of modern military equipment to Ukraine\u2019s Armed Forces,\u201d said Colonel Lysenko, quoting the President of Ukraine. Currently, Ukrainian army receives new armored vehicles, anti-personnel ammunition, communications and defense systems. Colonel Lysenko also told that Ukroboronprom intends to double its production in 2015. The production of APCs-4, military vehicles \u201cDozor,\u201d and tanks \u201cOplot\u201d will be the priority next year. Additionally, the government of Ukraine holds negotiations on the matter of supplying Ukraine\u2019s army with the newest military equipment.<br \/>\nThe situation in the ATO zone remains tense. Namely, according to Colonel Andriy Lysenko, the terrorists have gradually increased the shelling frequency in all directions. Terrorists shell positions of Ukrainian military using all kinds of arms, including: mortars, anti-aircraft arms, artillery and small arms. All attacks were repelled. The increased frequency of attacks implies that the terrorist continue to receive the arms and ammunition. For the past 24 hours terrorists shelled Avdiivka, Opytne, Orlivka, Pisky, Marjinka, Maksymivka, Movomykhailivka, Shumy, Debaltseve, Kalynivka, Ridkodub, Mius, Nikishyno, Mala Orlivka, Chornukhine, Vuhlehorsk, Mykolayivka, Nizhnio-Krymske, Triokhizbynka, Muratovo, Frunze, Petrivka, Schyastia, Stanytsia Luhanska, Popasna and Zolote localities. Additionally, the terrorists shelled the Donestk city airport eight times.<br \/>\nFor the past 24 hours two Ukrainian soldiers died, eight got wounded. Additionally, the NSDC IAC reports six civilian casualties in the region. There were no clashes between the Ukrainian forces and the terrorist outside of the ATO zone. No evidence of airspace reconnaissance was observed as well. According to the NSDC IAC, 4,174 persons left Donetsk and Luhansk region for the past 24 hours; overall, since the beginning of the ATO, 506,000 people fled Donbas, additional 20,000 left Crimea after occupation. For the past 24 hours, Ukrainian military detected and confiscated 71 explosives; since the start of the ATO &#8211; 30,245 explosives and munitions were disposed.<br \/>\nYesterday, President Poroshenko awarded Ukrainian soldiers Oleksandr Petrykivskyi, Serhiy Kryvonosov (post-mortem) and Dmytro Maiboroda (post-mortem) with the highest national title Hero of Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WATCH IN ENGLISH December 7, 2014.
