Many experts recognize the reform of decentralisation in Ukraine as one of the most effective after the Revolution of Dignity. The decentralized system has proven its effectiveness in shaping the ability of communities to solve their issues in economic and administrative terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, Ukrainian communities began to suffer not only from the vast economic and infrastructural losses caused by the Russian occupation forces but also from the numerous outflow of people due to the danger of hostilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In war conditions, communities will continue to try to maintain the population and develop their well-being. Still, for this, it is necessary to increase management’s efficiency. Transparency is one of the critical indicators of effective governance, especially when it comes to security and infrastructure spending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UKRAINE IN FLAMES<\/a> project is created by Ukraine Crisis Media Center<\/a> and NGO \u201cEuroatlantic Course\u201d<\/a>. We are aiming at searching a loud support for Ukraine in the war started by Russia on the 24th of February 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
