Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine were recognized as having direct signs of crimes of genocide and directly affecting the lives of millions of civilians throughout the territory of Ukraine. The sole purpose of these attacks is to terrorize the population and cause significant economic damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukrainian energy engineers are making inhuman efforts to restore production facilities and maintain the energy system in working order. At the same time, the restoration of destroyed generating capacities requires a much longer time, as well as very significant financial investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the reaction of the international community and its assistance that can significantly affect the ability of the Ukrainian energy industry to withstand further tests caused by brutal attacks by the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
