In one year the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine together with volunteers was able to adapt the\u00a0military\u00a0supply and support\u00a0system so that it overall meets the\u00a0needs of a hybrid warfare.\u00a0Outdated Soviet-style uniforms and military gear that the Ukrainian troops were equipped with in the last 23 years got replaced by the modern equipment of the highest international standards, while\u00a0financial incentives for the Ukrainian servicemen\u00a0increased dramatically. And this is just the beginning\u00a0of a\u00a0full-scale\u00a0military reform.<\/p>\n
