The award will be given to those who help people with disabilities to play sports. This was informed by Volodymyr Bulba, advisor to the Minister of youth and sports of Ukraine, coordinator of the project &#8220;Common victory&#8221;, Chairman of the NGO &#8220;Open opportunities&#8221; during a briefing at Ukraine Crisis Media Center. &#8220;This award is non-commercial. It is from the heart and soul. It will be given to those who have already started to create favourable conditions for people with disabilities to play sports. By rewarding these people we also point out that the state underfulfils its task,&#8221; he noted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The idea of \u200b\u200bthe award is the realization of Heavenly Hundred\u2019s heroes\u2019 dreams and ideals that did not come true. There will be three nominations: the organization and development of facilities for sports and rehabilitation, donation and sporting events. &#8220;The competition will be held from April 5<sup>th<\/sup> through April 22<sup>nd<\/sup>. Deadline for applications is April 22. The ceremony of awarding the winners will be held not later than May 15,&#8221; noted Volodymyr Bondarchuk, Chairman of the NGO \u201cFamily of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes.\u201d Information about the competition and application forms will be posted on the websites of the NGO \u201cFamily of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes\u201d and Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. A cover letter and information about the initiative and its activities should also be attached. &#8220;Such competitions popularize real examples of heroism.
