Yesterday, the ceasefire held in Luhansk sector,\u00a0reported Ukrainian Ministry of Defense spokesman on ATO Colonel Oleksandr Motuzyanyk at a press briefing at Ukraine Crisis Media Center.<\/p>\n

Low-intensity hostilities were recorded along the entire frontline in Donetsk sector, expect for the Donetsk airport. \u00a0“A mortar attack took place in Avdiivka.\u00a0Ukrainian troops also recorded a series of small arms incidents during the entire day. Moreover, Russian proxies violated the ceasefire in Svitlodarsk area and in three positions near Horlivka,” said Col. Motuzyanyk.\u00a0 In total, Russia-backed militants conducted 10 attacks in this sector.<\/p>\n

In Mariupol sector, militants were the most active in Vodiane.\u00a0 Russian proxies violated the ceasefire day and night using small weapons. “Moreover, the enemy violated the ceasefire in Bohdanivka, Hnutove, and Lebedynske.\u00a0 In total, 11 hostile attacks took place in this sector yesterday,” reported the spokesman.<\/p>\n

Ukrainian Armed Forces incurred no casualties yesterday.<\/p>\n

According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, militants lost nine people dead and 17 wounded. At the same time, intelligence informs that militants continue conducting an\u00a0exercise in the temporarily occupied territory, conduct active aerial reconnaissance and continue receiving supply from Russia. \u00a0“Three railroad echelons arrived in the occupied Donbas last week. They carried five tanks and 25 fuel tanks for hostile military equipment,” emphasized Col. Motuzyanyk.<\/p>\n
