Three deputy governors of Ukrainian part of Donetsk region Elena Petryaeva, Tamara Lukyanchuk and Valeriy Lukashenko signed letters of resignation and will avoid the lustration.
Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko signed decrees to transfer several courts from Donetsk and Luhansk to Kharkiv, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk.

Among members of Svoboda who are leaving administrations are: Bogdan Yurdyga (Zhovkovska DSA), Vasyl Kuts (Radekhovska DSA), Andrey Khamik (Gorodotska DSA), Bogdan Grynyshyn (Buska DSA), Mykhail Martyn (Mostyska DSA), and Vasiliy Gakavchyn (Turkovska DSA).
Head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Aleksandr Zakharchenko signed a decree on creating “DPR’s Defence Council”. It is headed by a commander of Vostok battalion Alexander Khodarkovsky, the press service of the so-called government and DPR’s people’s council informs on the website.
Member of coalition talks from Petro Poroshenko Bloc Mykola Tomenko thinks local elections should be held in October, 2015. “Early elections for local government agencies are impossible in Ukraine under the current law,” Tomenko said.
Interim head of Stanica Luhanskaya district state administration in Luhansk region Yevhen Bidashko had been dismissed from his post and appointed as the head of the state administration.
Head of Rivne regional state administration Sergey Rybachok signed a letter of resignation. Together with Rybachok who are the representative of Svoboda party, 7 representatives of district state administrations also resigned.
