Ukrainian media digest 25 of July 2014

Early parliamentary election will be likely held in the end of October. Yesterday the collapse of the ruling coalition paved the way for early elections (this was told by Petro Poroshenko many times): UDAR and Svoboda fractions, 15 independent MPs and 10 deputies from Batkivshchyna fraction had left the coalition. President Poroshenko will have the right to dissolve parliament and call new elections after 30 days if no new coalition is formed by then.
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said he was stepping down over the “dissolution of the parliamentary coalition and the locking of government initiatives” after coalition had failed to vote for changes to the budget (it includes unpopular measures which help to receive another IMF tranche). He said those who ruined coalition were working in favor of Moscow.
