In one year the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine together with volunteers was able to adapt the military supply and support system so that it overall meets the needs of a hybrid warfare. Outdated Soviet-style uniforms and military gear that the Ukrainian troops were equipped with in the last 23 years got replaced by the modern equipment of the highest international standards, while financial incentives for the Ukrainian servicemen increased dramatically. And this is just the beginning of a full-scale military reform.
