New World Energy Architecture and Green Transition. On the eve of the 8th Ukrainian Gas and Power Forum

On October 25-26, 2023, the 8th Ukrainian Gas and Power Forum: New World Energy Architecture and Green Transition will be held in Kyiv.

This year, eight discussion panels are scheduled to be held: 

  1. Ukrainian gas market: from production to the end consumer. Ways of development
  2. Regulatory and market risks for the supply of energy resources.
  3. Areas of cooperation between the EU and Ukraine. Renewable energy. 
  4. Place of Ukraine on the world energy map.
  5. New energy. Biomethane. The Great Shift to Green Gases: New Reality or Fantasies of the Future?
  6. Physical and cyber risks to energy infrastructure. Lessons learnt from  Ukraine. Distributed generation.
  7. Restoration of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
  8. Experts talk about the Ukrainian energy sector.

For the first time this Forum covers the issues of electric-power engineering, including distributed generation (solar, wind energy, storage stations and construction of “smart systems”).

It is expected that the Forum will be attended by a wide range of representatives of international and Ukrainian gas and energy companies, recognized industry experts, representatives of local governments, European and American officials and active members of public society.

64 speakers are scheduled to speak, including 27 foreign speakers. These are representatives of 12 countries.
