Russia has launched a disinformation campaign to sow dismay among Ukrainians under occupation about “Polish zlotys already circulating in the west of Ukraine”. This is reported by the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence.
In particular, the occupiers are trying to convince the residents of the occupied territories that “Ukraine has already been divided” and “there is nowhere to run from Russia”. Managers of large enterprises in Melitopol were instructed to hold meetings and interviews with staff and disseminate such fake news.
