Today, April 8, the Russian occupiers launched a missile strike at the Kramatorsk railway station in the Donets region. At that time, there were several thousand city residents on evacuation. The Russians knew about it. As a result of the strike, more than 30 people were killed and 100 were injured.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, and Ukrzaliznytsia, announced this.

“Thousands of people were at the station during the missile strike, as residents of Donetsk region are being evacuated to safer regions of Ukraine. The Russists [ed. – Russian fascists] knew well where they were aiming and what they wanted: they wish to take hostage as many civilians as possible; they crave to destroy everything Ukrainian,” Pavlo Kyrylenko said.

According to preliminary information, the Russians struck with a Tochka-U tactical ballistic missile.

Police and rescuers are working on the scene.
