Kremlin media are changing the rhetoric on Belarus Protests ever so slightly and even are actually reporting on what they call “harsh measures” used by police against the protesters.
But their messages on who is behind the protests will never change.
They name all sorts of countries and political actors as “puppeteers of the protests”, because it is really dangerous for Putin to admit that people might actually want to be free of dictators.
