Russian propagandist Mikheev is basically calling protesters, who support #BlackLivesMatter movement, stupid, while also creating a narrative about “smart POC, who oppose the movement”.
This is a common behavior of authoritarian ideologist – polarizing society by sorting people into Us and Them with the latter being referred to in derogatory terms and promoting own conspiracies as facts.
There is a simple fear of protest potential behind this massive campaign in Russia to discredit basically and grassroots movement and this campaign is losing its effectiveness fast.
