On the night of September 4, Russian troops shelled medical facilities and residential buildings in Mykolaiv. Around 02:30 a.m., Mykolaiv was subjected to a massive missile attack with S-300 systems.
According to the Regional Military Administration, three medical and two educational institutions, a hotel, a museum, and residential buildings were “substantially damaged”. No casualties were reported.
