The victim narrative promoted by Moscow requires a comprehensive global response to counter its influence and misinformation. Kremlin propaganda tries to blame Ukraine for terrorist attacks, economic crises and disinformation campaigns.
Using social media and digital platforms to spread misinformation and promote war propaganda is critical to spreading this narrative. Moscow assumes the role of a victim not only for the international arena but also for domestic consumers to mobilize the population.
UKRAINE IN FLAMES project is created by Ukraine Crisis Media Center and NGO “Euroatlantic Course”. We are aiming at searching a loud support for Ukraine in the war started by Russia on the 24th of February 2022.
