Ukrainian history is rich in participation in military conflicts and has a long military tradition in cultural and spiritual terms. The struggle of the Ukrainian nation as a state for its independence left a powerful imprint on the entire nation’s consciousness.
By withdrawing from the struggle, it is impossible to neither get what is desired nor protect what is dear, as the historical experience of Ukraine proves. Retreating from the battle leads to occupation, repression, and destruction of national identity and culture, which makes it impossible.
For the Ukrainian military, historical retrospectives are critical because, from them, you can understand what will await Ukraine in the case of defeat. History is also an excellent example of explaining to the international community why concessions to a dictator can only lead to the worst scenario in world history.
