Block Petro Poroschenko veröffentlicht Koalitionsvertrag. Die Partei „Block von Petro Poroschenko“ hat den Entwurf des Koalitionsvertrags öffentlich bekanntgegeben. Negotiations on formation of the coalition have not officially started yet, but unconfirmed information that the Block of Petro Poroshenko and “Narodnyi Front” managed to reach a coalition compromise with Arseniy Yatsenyuk reportedly to be a prime-minister and Volodymyr Hroysman a speaker has already appeared in media. Jatzenjuk ruft den Block von Petro Poroschenko, „Batjkiwschtschyna“, „Samopomitsch“ und die Radikale Partei in die Koalition. Ukrainischer Ministerpräsident und Anführer der „Volksfront“ Arssenij Jatzenjuk hat den Journalisten seinen Entwurf der Koalition in der zukünftigen Werchowna Rada vorgestellt. Ich appelliere vor allen an den Block von Petro Poroschenko, denn ich halte den Block und den Staatspräsidenten persönlich für den strategischen Hauptpartner auf dem Wege von Umwandlungen im Lande. The law on specifity of the local government in certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions will be abolishes. Pseudo-elections are a brutal violation of Minsk protocol of September 5. Minsk protocol provides for holding of early local elections in the part of the Donbas solely under the laws of Ukraine. We provided them with the given opportunity. Russland erkennt terroristische „Wahlen“ auf besetztem Territorium der Ukraine an. Luhansk residents say they were forced to vote in pseudo elections. People from Luhansk complained that they had to queue to polling stations for 3-4 hours or more in cold temperatures. They said some were taken ill, while others said they feared for their health standing in the freezing and windy conditions. “We had to go and vote, as we were warned that we would have no pensions and social benefits without social security cards,” voters told. Some Luhansk citizens complained that the polling stations were badly organized, with many residents from various neighborhoods and streets having to vote in the same precinct. Voters also complained that they did not know any of four candidates for the post of leader of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic, or even any of the candidates for the city council. Military expert and head of defense think tank Information Resistance, Dmtry Tymchuk, said there are up to 27,000 armed Russian troops and Kremlin-backed proxies in eastern Ukraine divided into four separate strike groups, according to a Facebook post on the morning of Nov. 3. They have in their possession 110-115 tanks, up to 280 various armored fighting vehicles, 80-100 cannon artillery guns and multiple rocket launchers, as well as 500 Russian military armored transport trucks of various design. Statement of the MFA of Ukraine on so-called “observers” at pseudo “elections” in certain districts of Donbas region. Due to reported participation of foreign nationals in “observation” of illegal pseudo “elections” in Donbas on November 2, 2014, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine officially states that neither respectable international organizations nor democratic countries in the world recognize these pseudo “elections”, and did not sent to them their official observers. Having arrived in Donetsk and Luhansk regions to “observe” the pseudo “elections”, these self-proclaimed “observers”, who represent marginal political groups, violated the national legislation of Ukraine, and subsequently will be held responsible for their unlawful activity. Statement of the MFA of Ukraine on another “humanitarian convoy” of Russia. On November 2 the Russian side sent another so called “humanitarian convoy” across the state border of Ukraine. It was done without inquiring official consent of the Ukrainian side, without completing necessary border and customs procedures by Ukraine, without coordinating with the International Red Cross Committee and accompanying the cargo by its representatives, in breach of the national legislation of Ukraine and the agreements reached earlier. This provocative actions of the Russian side, its inability to follow international rules while rendering humanitarian aid, as well as attempts to conceal the contents of the cargo prove Russia’s continuing course for further escalation of the situation in the East of Ukraine. Luhansk journalist Sergey Ivanov believes that Donetsk and Luhansk regions are sentenced to extinction. “Donbas is sentenced to death. Russia doesn’t need it, it’s a beneficiary region. Regierung billigte Entwurf trilateralen Gas-Protokolls. Das Ministerkabinett der Ukraine hat den Entwurf des Protokolls des trilateralen Treffens im Format Ukraine-Russland-EU hinsichtlich der Lieferungen des russischen Gases an die Ukraine gebilligt. Das kündigte den Journalisten nach Ergebnissen der Regierungssitzung der stellvertretende Minister für Energie und Kohle-Industrie, Wadim Ulida, an. Russisches Gas wird zum Balanceakt. Erdgas aus Russland, über dessen Lieferung sich die Ukraine und die Russische Föderation am 30. Oktober in Brüssel einigten, wird in diesem Winter zu einem Balanceakt, sollte es an eigenem Gas fehlen oder Gas aus Europa genutzt werden, erklärte der Chef der NAK „Naftogaz Ukraina“, Andrej Kobolew. Dabei ergänzte Kobolew, dass diese Strategie auch „den Preis und die Vertragsstruktur“ mit Gazprom erklärt. Kobolew teilte auch mit, dass die Ukraine in Zukunft eine maximale Diversifizierung der Gaslieferungen erreichen muss, sowie eine Senkung des Gazprom-Anteils an Gas auf 25 Prozent.
