Terrorist’s organization DPR’s press service has published the list of deputies who have been elected to Republic’s National Council (parliament). 68 deputies will represent Donetsk republic, 32 deputies will represent Free Donbass movement.
The Cabinet of Ministers has one week to decide which funds to be used for paying for electricity consuming in occupied Donbass. Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko canceled the law on special governance of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the list of populated locations where government authorities terminally cannot perform their duties. The respective decree № 1085-р was published on the official website.
Terrorists, who took control of Sverdlovsk and Chervy Partyzansk in Luhansk region, are disobeying both LPR’s and Novorossiya orders, city’s commandant Denis Ponizovnyj told citizens of Chervony Partyzansk on November 16. “Terrorists, who control Sverdlovsk and Chervy Partyzansk in Luhansk region, are disobeying both LPR’s and Novorossiya orders,” Ponizovnyj said.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said that Ukraine is planning to lodge a number of lawsuits at international courts due to the situation in Crimea. “We are planning to appeal to the International Court of Justice and European Court on Human rights. We also won’t forget about international arbitration institutions,” Klimkin wrote.

Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko has ordered National bank in a month period to stop serving business and citizens in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, says in the decree №875/2014 enacting November 4 National Security and Defense Council recommendations on urgent measures to stabilize the socio-economic situation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
