The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, reported that since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 3,405 people have been released from Russian captivity. All released soldiers receive the necessary treatment and undergo rehabilitation.
