At the special meeting The Supreme Council of Crimea has adopted a draft law “On demarcation of municipal districts and about the status of municipal districts in Crimean Republic” in the second reading. Therefore, the cities of Alushta, Armyansk, Dzhankoi, Yevpatoria, Kerch, Krasnoperekopsk, Saky, Simferopol, Sudak, Feodosia, Yalta will receive the status of the city district. Nearby villages and small town will also be a part of the city district. Administrations will be in charge instead of settlement councils.
