Already, 42 countries have applied to the court in The Hague over the crimes of the Russian Federation in Ukraine
“If the war crimes are recognized by the International Criminal Court, Russian troops involved in them may be detained in any country that recognizes the jurisdiction of this court.
All perpetrators of crimes against humanity and genocide are potentially persons who are already under investigation because 42 countries have already filed applications and supported such an investigation by the ICC,” Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska said.
